The Owners reserve the right to cancel a booking without compensation or refund should guests not comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

The number of persons in the cottage should not exceed the maximum occupancy number - this being 6 persons per cottage.

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday, please notify us by telephone immediately, followed by written confirmation.  We will make every effort to re-let the cottage (if successful we only keep the non-refundable deposit of 50 to cover administration costs) but, should we be unsuccessful, the following will apply:-

Upon cancellation within two weeks of the commencement of your holiday, the whole amount will be forfeited.

Upon cancellation within 2 to 4 weeks of the commencement of your holiday, two thirds of the total holiday cost will be forfeited and any balance will be returned to you.  Upon cancellation more than 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday, the deposit will be retained to cover administration costs.
